The consistent practice
We often say that persistently practicing Qigong with proper guidance for 100 days will open up the microcosmic orbit. However, the 100 days is not the endpoint. It is a milestone where we re-adjust the focus of our lives, integrating the health of the body, clarity of the mind, and tranquility of the soul. Therefore, the 100 days mark the beginning of a life where we let our hearts guide us, redirecting our pursuits inward instead of seeking external validation, which often leads us in circles without forward progress.
In any practice, whether it is 长功 (progress in the discipline), 积功 (building up capabilities), or 出功 (reaching achievements), consistent effort over time is required. Just like in any field, such as painting, learning a musical instrument, or progressing from elementary school to university, diligent and earnest study and practice are necessary to become a master.
Hard work never fails those with a determined heart.
