Dear Chiyan
Happy Holidays to you and your family. I just wanted to let you know what a positive impact you have made in my life since I met you. I will forever be grateful for introducing me to qigong practice which has really been beneficial in making my chronic neck and shoulder pain a thing of the past. I believe practicing yoga and working on my body alignment the past three years has slowly helped reduce my neck and shoulder pain which I have lived with for over 15 years. But adding your qigong practice to my routine these past 6 months REALLY made such a remarkable difference. I can feel blood and energy flowing in my neck and shoulders when I practice which have been blocked for so long I didn’t even realize it.
